Port Warwick, Hilton Village, City Center, Riverside and Denbigh. Hilton Village homes tend toward smaller kitchens and formal dining rooms; Port Warwick and City Center bring newer kitchens and condos with tighter load-in.

How Peninsula scheduling works

We prep more in advance and arrive earlier than we would for a Southside dinner, which means the timeline you are quoted is the timeline you get. Tunnel delays are our problem to absorb, not yours to worry about at 6:45 with guests arriving.

The menu

Peninsula tables lean toward hearty and classic in our experience: a rich opener, prime rib or duck as a main, and a proper dessert. Coastal menus are always on the table too, and in season a rockfish or crab course is worth the detour.

What you provide

Counter space, a sink, and a table. We bring knives, pans, boards, serving pieces and the ingredients, and we leave the kitchen clean. The rest of the evening is yours.
