Co-owner and Private Bartender Kat, a local to the area, brings a dynamic background in elevated beverage service and front-of-house leadership. Her experience spans from crafting cocktails behind a swanky downtown hotel bar to helping run a French-inspired bistro tucked inside a historic train station in North Carolina.
